Are all rooms dog friendly? Are all areas dog friendly? Guide dogs?
Is this the first question?
Unfortunately, not all rooms are dog friendly so please make sure you book your dog in. Dogs are charged at £25 per stay (per dog) to cover additional cleaning requirements. Not all areas are dog friendly. Dog friendly areas include the gardens, restaurant and reception area but unfortunately do not include the ceremony room and lounge bar. Dogs must always remain on leads. Please clean up immediately after your dog. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the hotel and grounds.
Is there on-site parking? Is there EV charging available?
There is an extensive car park for all guests to use however, we currently do not have facilities in place for electric vehicle charging.
Do you accept American Express?
Yes we do.
Are children welcome? Do you provide a cot?
Yes children are welcome and are charged at different rates so please make sure you accurately book your party in so we can make sure the correct allowances are made in family rooms etc. We do have a small number of cots available so if you require these please make sure you book them.
Do you have interconnecting rooms for families/friends?
Yes we do have two rooms available that combine into a larger suite. These are the Cavendish Twin and Cavendish Master.
Check in / check out?
Check in is from 3pm and check out is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request.
Is the front desk 24 hours?
Unfortunately, the front desk is not 24 hours, but arrangements have been made for guests to be able to access the hotel at all times as required. Security is always on-site.
